Rose Geranium/Lemon Verbena

Wonderful for skin with excess oil, but also for instilling calm alertness.

It would wonderful used culinarily too, to spray ( after baking) a vanilla cake or on ice cream , to drink a teaspoonful in a glass of water.  60 ml.
