Elderberry Spice Oxymel

Local honey, plus elderberries and warming spices in organic ACV make this a lovely alternative to alcohol based formulas, or too cooling and sweet elderberry syrups. 1 oz

ingredients: Biodynamic/organic elderberries, certified organic ginger, cardamom & lemon peel, certified organic ACV, local organic honey

Use: 5-6 drops daily. Although it’s common to take a higher dose of an oxymel, as with all of TF products, this is potent and drop ( not dropperful) doses are sufficient.
